Return rules and conditions

These return rules and conditions are an integral part of the website terms of use. By agreeing to the website terms, the customer also agrees to these return rules and conditions.

14-day right of withdrawal

The customer has the right (except for the exclusions stated in these rules) to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without giving any reason. This period is counted:

  • from the date the product is received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer;
  • if the order is delivered in parts — from receiving the last part;

The customer will not have to pay any costs (including delivery costs), unless a non-standard delivery service offered by Shopmania is selected, or the product price is reduced due to use that is not related to the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

However, Shopmania reserves the right to delay the refund until the product has been returned.

Return shipping and costs

No later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days after notifying Shopmania of the wish to terminate the contract, the customer must send the product to Shopmania’s vendor address agreed in advance. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How to request a return

You can request a return via online chat or email your order information to: info@shopmania.ge.

The request must include:

  • customer name, actual address, and email;
  • order date and receipt date;
  • customer name and address;
  • signature (if the form is filled out on paper);
  • date of completing the form.

Exclusions

The customer cannot cancel the contract if:

  • the product is custom-made or clearly personalized;
  • the product is perishable or has a short shelf life;
  • the product was sealed and the seal was broken after delivery for health/hygiene reasons;
  • the product is inseparably mixed with another item;
  • sealed audio/video recording or software with a broken seal;
  • packaging is damaged (box, bag, seal);
  • there are signs of use;
  • the product is a hygienic item;
  • not all accessories and documents provided at purchase are returned;

When returns are possible

A product may be returned if:

  • packaging is preserved; appearance and functionality are maintained; markings and factory labels are intact;
  • the product has not been used;
  • all accessories and documents are included (warranty card, manual/technical passport, invoice, etc.);

Decision and refund

The customer will be informed of the refund decision within 24 hours after Shopmania receives the product.

If the decision is positive, Shopmania.ge will refund the money within 3 (three) business days. If the decision is negative, the product will be returned to the customer.

Refunds are made only via non-cash payment to the card/account used for the purchase.
